The UAE celebrated its 43rd National Day on 2nd December 2014. The holiday marked the unification of the Seven Emirates and the founding of the country in1971 under H.H Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nayan, the first president.

A Special Assembly was organized. It was well attended by a large number of parents who joined the school in saluting the nation. We at TIA -Dubai celebrated this occasion on 1st December, 2014 ,with lot of enthusiasm and excitement. Teachers and students came dressed in the colours of the UAE Flag. An entertaining programme was put up by the Arabic Department. The students viewed an educational PPT on the formation of the Union of the seven sheikdoms, UAE of the past and the present. Various activities and competitions were held that kept the children anticipating.

Henna competition, Door decoration competition- theme UAE FLAG colours, students also shared Arabic sweets and dishes and went home with face painting and henna on their hands.

TIA Signature Campaign was held. Students, teachers, administration staff, members of management and parents signed on the banner.

Inter Class post card making competition – theme – UAE. The young artists of Grade 1 and Grade 2 were busy using their creative and imaginative ideas to make their best post card. It was a day filled with activities.
